My experience with the French is that they're usually fairly rude...

I had a nice waiter today though... he smiled a lot and... he even tried in English for me.

I thought that was nice...

I think it'd be more fun for everyone if travelers were made to participate in the flight safety presentation.

Once again with the shitty entertainment systems on planes.

The entertainment system is once again lacking - and sadly, isn't quite so entertaining.

If I had any authority over the travel/tourism industry the first thing I'd do is fix the entertainment systems (particularly on British Airways).

It is NOT value for your money. Food - I can do without, but shitty entertainment - es geht einfach nicht!
